Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. Once it's on the way, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

If you run into any delivery issues, email us at store@amatona.com with your name and order number and we'll take a look.

International Shipping

Beyond the US, we currently ship to: Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Spain, and the UK.

If you live outside these countries and would like to place an order, email store@amatona.com and we'll do our best to help.

Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, duties, taxes, and import fees are automatically calculated at checkout. In some cases, additional charges may be applied by local customs or couriers. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

If you'd like to cancel or make changes to an order, email us at store@amatona.com with your name and order number. If we haven’t started fulfilling your order yet, we may be able to help.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Email store@amatona.com with your order number, a brief note about the issue, and photos.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, are only issued for approved damage or incorrect-item cases.

If a return or replacement is needed, we’ll confirm next steps by email. Once we’ve received and inspected any returned item, we’ll let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
