Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 4 business days to ship your order. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
If you have any issues with delivery, email us at store@amatona.com with your name and order # included.
International Shipping
Beyond the US, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
If you live outside of these countries but would like to make a purchase, please email us at store@amatona.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, duties, taxes and import fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that there may be additional fees in certain cases related to customs inspections or local courier fees. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination country's regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential additional fees before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. As such, all sales are final.
If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, email us at store@amatona.com with your name and order # included. If we haven’t already begun fulfilling your order we may be able to assist.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
